EM과 쌀겨 처리시기에 따른 벼의 초기생육 및 잡초방제 효과

Effect of Application Timing of Rice Bran and Effective Microorganism on Growth and Yield of Rice in Rice Bran Culture

연구목적

쌀 수입개방화에 따른 국제경쟁력 확보를 위한 친환경농산물을 생산하여 외국쌀과의 경쟁에서 살아남을 수 있는 쌀겨농법 재배기술을 확립하고자 본 시험을 수행하였다.


재료 및 방법

본 실험은 2005년도 유성에 위치한 충남농업기술원 답작포장에서 수행되었다. 시험품종

은 일품벼를 6월4일 중묘로 이앙하였으며 써레질을 1회 실시하였다.

○ 시비량은 밑거름으로 N- P2O5- K2O = 55, 45, 40kg/ha을 시용하였고 이앙후 쌀겨 처리시기별로 1,500kg/ha을 시용한후 분얼비는 생략하였으며 N- K복비를 이삭거름으로 33-

33kg/ha을 시용하였다. 

 이앙후 쌀겨와 EM 처리시기는 써레질후 1일, 5일, 7일, 10일로 4회 처리하였다.

 초기 벼의 환원장해 및 생육을 이앙후 10일부터 10일 간격으로 40일까지 4회에 걸쳐 조사하였다.


결과 및 고찰

 EM과 쌀겨처리시기가 빠를수록 환원장해가 심하여 이앙후 1일처리에서 환원장해가 40일까지 지속되었으나 쌀겨처리시기가 늦어질수록 환원장해가 경감되었으며 이앙후 5일이후 처리에서 환원장해가 현격히 경감되었다.

○ EM처리구에서 쌀겨처리구보다 초기 환원장해가 적었는데 이는 EM에 의한 미생물이 쌀겨를 빨리 분해하였기 때문으로 사료된다. 

 EM과 쌀겨처리시기가 늦어질수록 피에 대한 방제효과가 현격히 떨어졌으며 이앙후 7일 이후 처리에서는 피에 대한 방제효과가 저조하였는데 피 등 일년생 잡초방제를 위한 EM과 쌀겨처리 시기는 이앙후 5일 이내가 적정이다. 

 EM과 쌀겨처리에 의한 잡초방제는 만족할만한 효과를 기대할 수 없고 다년생잡초인 올방개와 올챙이고랭이 등에 대한 잡초방제효과는 미흡하므로 로타리 3회 처리와 추경과 춘경 등에 의한 경종적인 방제를 동시에 실시하여 잡초방제효과를 높여야 한다.
